载荷对外加颗粒双金属复合材料摩擦性能的影响

摘    要:采用外加高碳铬铁颗粒法和离心复合铸造法制备了高铬铸铁/球铁双金属复合材料,并借助MMS-1G高速销盘摩擦磨损试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了表面耐磨层的微观组织和在不同载荷下的摩擦性能。结果表明,表面耐磨层的微观组织为回火马氏体+Cr7C3+残余奥氏体+少量Cr23C6和Cr3C;在40m/s摩擦速度下,随着载荷的不断增加,摩擦因数呈下降趋势,磨损率几乎呈线性增加;磨损机制主要表现为磨粒磨损、氧化磨损和粘着磨损。
