共混比对AEM/MVQ共混胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了共混比对乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(AEM/MVQ)共混胶硫化特性、力学性能、耐热老化性能、耐油性能、压缩永久变形及动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着AEM用量的增加,共混胶正硫化时间延长,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度均增加,耐油性能提高;随着MVQ用量的增加,共混胶耐热老化性能提高,压缩永久变形减小。DMA数据显示,AEM和MVQ具有良好的相容性,共混胶低温性能比纯AEM橡胶有所改善。

Abstract:Influences of blending ratio of AEM and MVQ on the curing characteristic,mechanical properties,heat aging stability,oil resistance,compression set and dynamic mechanical properties of AEM/MVQ blends were studied.The results showed that the optimum cure time of AEM/MVQ blends was prolonged with the increase of AEM content,and the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of the blends were all increased,at the same time the oil resistance was developed,too.The heat aging stability was developed ...
