固体超强酸催化合成乙醇酸甲酯

摘    要:对SO42 -/ZrO2 催化剂催化乙醇酸与甲醇合成乙醇酸甲酯的反应条件进行了优化 ,确定了在催化剂与乙醇酸为 1 g/mol下 ,反应时间为 6h ,醇酸摩比为 4:1的最佳反应条件 ,并且乙醇酸甲酯的收率达到 85 7%。过高的醇酸摩比和过长的反应时间不利于乙醇酸甲酯的合成。经过 8次的寿命实验表明 ,SO42 -/ZrO2 仍具有较好的催化活性。

Abstract:Reaction conditions of synthesis of methyl glycolate with hydroxyacetic acid and methanol catlyzed by solid superacid catalyst(SO 4 2- /ZrO 2)was studied.Optimum esterification condition was obtained as follows:under the ratio(1g/mol)of SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 to hydroxyacetic acid,reaction time was 6h,the molar ratio of methanol to hydroxyacetic acid was 4∶1,and the yield of methyl glycolate could reach 85 7%.It was very disadvantageous to synthesis of methyl glycolate under the conditions of very high molar ratio of methanol to hydroxyacetic acid and very long reaction time.The experimental showed that SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 still had fairly good catalytic activity for methyl glycolate synthesis by eight times life test.
