| 摘 要： | 运用威布尔分析、分类、分层统计等统计技术工具，通过对某公司Ⅰ系列柴油机缸盖螺栓断裂问题进行统计分析，找出造成断裂故障的原因，并制定相应的整改措施，经过对实施效果的跟踪验证，证明分析结论正确、整改措施有效。

| Abstract: | By using statistic technologies,such as:Weibull analysis,classification,stratification,fracture reasons of I series diesel engine cylinder-head bolt are analyzed statistically in a company to find the causes of fracture and relevant measures for improvement are worked out.The result shows that the conclusion is correct and measures are effective. |
