摘    要:锥形筒体锻件的传统制造方法是先锻造出直壁筒体锻件,再机加工出锥形筒体。新的锥形筒体自由锻方法是采取局部镦粗、锥度和压下量控制、正确选用马杠、加挡块等多种方式直接锻出锥形筒体。新方法与传统方法相比,钢水节约50%,机加工台时大大缩短。

Abstract:The conventional manufacturing method of the large tapered ring were that previously forging a straight-wall shell body then shaping to the tapered ring by machining.New manufacturing method by which directly forge the body into tapered ring using gasoline stock,controling taper and amount of draught,correctly seclecting the bar and adding the stopper.The new mechod compare with the old,the new one saves molten steel by 50%,the machine-hour greatly shorten.
