| 摘 要： | 在改革开放新的历史条件下，企业思想政治工作出现了一些新情况、新问题。思想政治工作必须不断改进和创新，才能适应客观环境的变化。结合当前企业思想政治工作的新特点，提出了坚持以人为本创新思想政治工作的思路、方法和途径。

| Abstract: | Under new historic conditions of reform and open, new situations and problems in ideological and political work in enterprise occurred. Only by constant improvement and innovation, can ideological and political work get adapt to the change of objective environment. Combined with present new features of ideological and political work in enterprise, we presented the principle of orientation to human, and the idea, method and approach of ideological and political work. |
