| 摘 要： | 针对湿熄焦改干熄焦后除尘设备无法满足筛焦除尘要求的问题,四川达兴能源股份有限公司新建了一套除尘装置。介绍了该装置筛焦除尘工艺流程及主要技术特点,并针对运行中存在的汽车受料点粉尘严重超标和加湿机卸料不均匀的问题进行了改进,取得了较好的除尘效果,并且年可节约505.45万元。

| Abstract: | After coal water quenching （CWQ） had been changed into coal dry quenching （CDQ）, the dedusting equipment failed to solve certain problems, a set of dedusting facilities was established. The new coke screening and dedusting process and its technical features were introduced. After revamping, there still existed serious dust problem at the truck loading point which was much beyond the standard, besides the humidifying machine could not unload evenly. Relevant improvement was made to overcome those dust problems and good result was achieved. After the new facility had been put into production and improved, 5.054 5 million yuan could be saved every year. |
