| 摘 要： | 创新是企业发展的核心。企业只有不断创新才能在市场竞争中立于不败之地。在企业内部创新主要包括观念创新、技术创新、制度创新和管理创新。其中管理创新是其他创新的保证，没有管理创新就没有观念创新、技术和制度创新。因此，管理创新是最根本的创新，是企业发展永恒的主题。
