摘    要:分析了左后内轮罩安装支架的成形特点,采用级进模冲压生产,介绍了零件排样、模具结构及模具工作零件等的设计,模具采用挡料销粗定位、导正销精定位,保证了送料精度。凸、凹模镶件采用直通式结构,便于制造和维修。模具生产的零件质量稳定,结构紧凑合理、操作方便,能满足零件精度和大批量生产的要求。

Abstract:The forming characteristic of the installation stent of a left rear internal wheel casing was analyzed. The layout design, the progressive die structure and working parts de sign were presented. The coarse and fine positioning was implemented by stop pin and pi lot pin in the die respectively which guarantees the material-feeding accuracy. Straight through type structure was applied to the punch and die insert.
