基于光电传感器的精密播种机排种监测报警系统

摘    要:充分考虑到田间作业条件,开发了基于PIC16F873的8行精密播种机排种监测报警系统,当缺种、堵塞时产生声光报警,并且显示出故障及故障位置。从电路功能及软件上解决了报警逻辑、监测行设置等问题。设计了光电传感器在排种通路的安装结构以及整个系统的供电方案。田间使用结果表明,该装置能够适应田间工作环境,可取代农机手实现可靠监测报警。

Abstract:Fully considering the crop field condition, based on PIC16f873, the system of monitoring and alarming for a eight rows precision seeders was developed,the system can cause alarm with sound and light,display further more the fault and the position on fault when absence or jam occurred,The system is including the circuit functions and software such as logic of alarm, rows selection, involving the setting structure of the sensors on the seeding tube and the method of power supply. This device was validated by field test. The functions are all credible.
