数控机床常见电气故障诊断及维修

随着时代的进步,科学技术的发展,现代化的技术设备以及机电一体化的轰鸣已在时代奏响.而数控机床正是现代化技术的产物,是机电一体化的代言人.然而在其技术与手段的进步背后,数控机床也存在着许多故障和维修问题.笔者将就其常见的电气故障诊断及维修的问题作简要的分析,并提出了几项维修意见,以期为今后的研究提供借鉴.

Common Electrical Fault Diagnosis and Repair of CNC Machine Tool

With the progress of era and the development of science and technology, modern technical equipments and electromechanical integration has stood out with great fame in this age. CNC machine tool , the product of Modern Technology , is playing a leading role in electromechanical integration. However, following its progress of techniques and methods, there＇re also some remaining problems about fault diagnosis and repair. The writer has made a brief analysis on some common ones （fault diagnosis and repair） and proposed some suggestions on its repair, hoping that it can be reference for the researches in the future
