摘    要:介绍了感应电炉熔炼铸铁w(C)量的控制方法,说明了C在高温铁液中的特性:铁液温度越高,C的溶解扩散就越快;铁液温度较低时,C的溶解扩散就较慢.比较了焦炭和无烟煤、石油焦、人造石墨等增C剂的优缺点,分析了影响w(C)量波动的几种因素:与炉衬的反应,与空气中O2反应,炉料所带的氧化物,铁液温度等.最后介绍了如何控制w(C)量波动的详细操作方法.

Abstract:The carbon content control method used for induction furnace melting of cast irons was introdueed.The characteristics of carbon in high temperature iron melt were described:the higher the temperature of iron melt,the faster the dissolution and diffusion of the carbon;when the temperature of iron melt was lower,the dissolution and diffusion of the carbon would be slower.The advantages and disadvantages of different carburizers such as coke,anthracite,petroleum eoke,artificial graphite etc.were compared.The some factors influencing carbon content fluctuation were analyzed including:reaction with furnace liner,reaction with oxygen in air,oxides brought by the melting charges,temperature of the iron melt,etc.Finally the detailed operation method of carbon content fluctuation control was introduced.
