薄规格热轧带钢甩尾原因分析

摘    要:甩尾是热连轧带钢生产中常见的不正常抛尾现象,本文分析川威950热轧薄规格带钢在轧制薄规格时精轧甩尾的现象,导致甩尾现象产生的原因,阐述了操作、导板、温度、负荷分配、计划编制、来料及设备等对甩尾的影响,对其影响原理进行分析,并找出有效减防甩尾发生的方法。

Abstract:The drift is the hot strip production do not normally throw in the common end of the phenome- non, this paper analyzes 950 hot Chuanwei rolled thin gauge strip finishing in the flick when rolling thin gauge the phenomenon, the causes of the phenomenon led to drift to explain the operation, guide, tem- perature, load distribution, planning, materials and equipment to the impact on the drift, principle of its impact, and to find effective wavs hv anti-flick occurred.
