基于物理模型的舰船设备可靠性分析

摘    要:饱和蒸汽压力调节系统是某型舰船动力装置的典型控制系统.基于其物理模型,在建立数学模型的基础上,考虑可能影响机构运动可靠度的两种因素,利用可靠度经典模型对该型调节系统的输出误差进行了定量的分析,并采用蒙特卡罗仿真模拟对可靠度模型进行了验证.

Abstract:The saturated vapour pressure control system is the representative control system of the naval ships steam power plant.With considering two factors that may influence the kine matic accuracy of amplifier mechanism, this paper quantitative analysis the output error of baffle displacement by the reliability classical model based on the mathematical model, and validate the reliability model by Monte Carlo simulation.
