| 摘 要： | 研究了聚氧化烯烃脂肪酸乙醇酰胺磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠的合成工艺及乳化力。以聚氧化烯烃脂肪酸乙醇酰胺磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠作乳化剂的乳液稳定性都显著优于以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂的乳液，其中以氧乙烯与氧丙烯分段聚合而得的乳化剂的效果最好。

| Abstract: | The preparative conditions and emulsifying properties of disodium polyoxyalkylene fatty acid ethanolamide sulfosuccinates were investigated. Used as emulsifiers, the prepared sulfosuccinates showed better emulsion stability compared to sodium lauryl sulfate, among them the sulfosuccinate prepared by first ethoxylation then propoxylation of fatty acid ethanolamide formed the most stable emulsion. |
