Theoretical Thinking on the Basic Economic System at the Primary Stage of Socialism

In President Jiang Zemin's report at the 15th NCCPC, the basic economic system at the primary stage of socialism was established,and a series of understanding of e- conomy at this stage was also done. The understanding is an improved "amendment" to the political economics at the primary stage of socialism. The report is not only a summation of experience and lessons in developing socialism cconomy in China and the late Soviet Union, but also a great development in the political economics of Marxism. The basic economic sys- tem at the primary stage of socialism will exert a tremendous and significant influence on Chinese economic system reform and economic structure optimization, and domination and diversity of Chinese superstructure.
