钛离子注入对铅锑合金腐蚀行为影响的研究(Ⅲ)

摘    要:通过以阶跃电位法测量腐蚀电流和以控制电流法测量阴极析氢电位.研究了应用离子注入技术改良铅与铅-4%锑合金在硫酸中耐腐蚀性能的能量操作条件,比较了不同的钛离子注入能量对铅和铅-4%锑合金在硫酸中阴、阳极电极过程性质的影响,指出了改良铅和铅-4%锑合金的腐蚀行为所应采用的最佳钛离子加速能量.

Abstract:Eenergy operation condition of ion implantation for improvement of corrosion behaviors of lead and lead-antimony alloy in sulphuric acid was studied by measurements of corrosion current with step potential and hydrogen current with step potential and hydrogen evolution potential with constant current. Effect of speeding energy for titanium ion implantation on anodic and cathodic processes was compared. The best energy operation condition for titanium ion implantaion to improve the corrosion behaviors was indicated.
