摘    要:通过对换热器管束内外壁的宏观和微观检查及金相组织检测分析,确定了管束开裂失效原因为低温环境下在内压作用下的过载脆性开裂,换热器管束里的试压残留水在冬季结冰冻胀是造成管束开裂的主要原因。

Abstract:Macroscopic and microscopic inspection analysis and metallographic organization detection were made to outer and inner walls of heat exchanger tube bundles,and it was found that the cause for tube bundle cracking failure is brittleness cracking at overload under the action of internal pressure at low temperature,and the freeze swelling of residual water remained by pressure test in the heat exchanger tube is the main cause for tube bundle cracking.
