我国城市停车收费定价模型研究

摘    要:我国城市对路外停车收费和路边停车收费采取不同管理制度,从不同的角度研究了路外和路边停车收费定价问题。在分析影响路外停车收费标准确定的因素的基础上和停车供求均衡假设、不变成本假设、合理布局假设、政策法规定完备假设的前提下,建立了路外停车收费的经济效益分析定价模型。

Abstract:Presents different charging systems for off and on-street parking in China and the econonic benefit analyzing and pricing model of off-street parking charge under the hypotheses of balance between parking supply and demand, unchanged cost, rational layout, perfect policy and statute. Hypo-best price model of on-street parking charge is founded with emphasis on the policy factors of on-street parking in terms of the public feature of on-street parking space. Bearing in mind specific conditions of Guangzhou, charge fees of off-street and on-street parking are figured out and the elasticity of parking charge against time is analyzed.
