| Abstract: | According to the production arrangement plan for the rural resettlers of experimental village in Yunnan reservoir area, total cost for irrigation water resources facilities takes up relatively high proportion of per capita cost for resettlers, rendering development financial gap. Pump station is a relatively reasonable scheme in respects of technique and economy. Based on analysis and study of real condition, the author practically and realistically probes into the cause of problem and study the way of settling problem. |
