谈国有建筑企业产权改革与深化

在我国,建筑业是国民经济支柱产业之一.国有建筑企业作为建筑业主力军,其改革过程倍受关注.目前,国有建筑企业正进行产权改革,基本建立了现代企业制度.但是,国有建筑企业产权改革并没有彻底完成.这说明目前国有建筑企业还不能很好的适应市场经济发展要求,还不能更好的适应经济全球化带来的挑战,这就要求国有建筑企业必须深化产权改革,建立适应市场经济要求的股份制.

The building industry is one of pillar industries of national economy in China. The government-owned building enterprises are the strong power in construction industry. So, everyone is paying attention to the property reform process in the industry.At present, government-owned building enterprises are producing the property reform.We have basically established the modern business enterprise system in the government-owned building enterprises. But, the property reform do not complete thoroughly. This elucidates that the government-owned building enterprises can't still meet the market economy development request and can't face the challenge of the economic globalization. Thus we must deeply reform in the government-owned building enterprises and establish the stock system that adapts to the market economy request.
