PTT混纤针织物风格的主观评价

采用分级评定法对PTT短纤、长丝、PTT/PET的复合丝与常规纤维混纺交织研制的31种针织面料进行了主观评价打分,然后对这些试样的评价值的平均值及标准偏差分别进行了比较.结果表明,在锦纶长丝与PTT长丝交织成的长丝针织物中使用0.11 tex的锦纶能够改善织物的手感;在PTT/PET并列复合丝与细旦涤纶交织制成的针织物中使用0.22～0.33 tex的并列复合丝虽然可提高弹性,但会降低手感,在产品设计时应考虑将其他手感优良的纤维覆盖在织物表面;加入适当细度及含量的涤纶纤维可降低织物成本,提高产品的尺寸稳定性.

Subjective assessment on the handle of PTT fiber blended knitting

Classified assessment was used for making a subjective appraisal for 31 mixture fabrics, made of PTT short fiber, PTT filament, PTT/ PET fiber blended with normal fiber. And then the average value and the standard deviation of evaluation value of the fabrics were compared. The re- suits showed that using 0. 11 tex polyamide in kniting interweaved by PTT and polyamide could improve the handling of fabric. Using 0.22~0. 33 tex conjugated yarn in knitting interweaved by PTT/PET with fine polyester could damage the handling,though it could enhance the elasticity. So it should be considered covering the fine handling fiber on the surface of fabric when designing a product. Adding polyester with moderate fineness and content could decrease the cost of fabric and enhance the dimensional stability.
