机电引信可靠性增长试验方法

摘    要:针对常规导弹机电引信的技术特点,通过对机电引信可靠性增长试验方法研究,建立一种科学的机电引信可靠性评估模型和方法,先定义可靠性指标,再通过模型选择、图分析法/统计分析法建立可靠性增长模型,经环境应力筛选实验、综合环境应力实验、实验故障分析与处理、实验评估摸索适合机电引信的可靠性增长试验经验,提高机电引信的可靠性。
