摘    要:探讨了甲醇氧化酯化反应合成甲酸甲酯的催化性能.由于MoO3与Sb2O4的复合化,增大了生成甲酸甲酯的活性,因此,反应可在较低的温度下进行.反应初期,部分氧化的选择性较低,随着反应的进行,提高了甲酸甲酯的选择性.在Mo-Sb-O体系中,已知存在着3种相态,其中,Sb2Mo10O31相(Y相),对生成甲酸甲酯呈现高活性.Sb2MO10O31对于其他醇类的氧化酯化没有什么效果.可以认为,甲醇氧化酯化反应经过了甲醛中间体,然后进行二阶段反应.

Abstract:The catalytic performance of methanol to methyl formate was investigated in this paper.Combination of MoO3 with Sb2O4 resulted in improving catalytic activity for the formation of methylformate and lowering temperature in comparison to the component oxides. Catalysis was unselective at theinitial stage of methanol oxidation. but the selectivity for methyl formate was greatly. In Mo-Sb-O spstem, the Sb2Mo10031 oxide phases (Y phase). one of the three mixed was active for oxidative esterificationof methanol. This phase was less active for oxidative esterification of other alcohols. The oxidation tomethyl formate is considered to proceed by 2 steps via formation of formaldehyde.
