| 摘 要： | 本文针对低成本嵌入式应用设计实现了一个介于微控制器(MCU)与数字信号处理器(DSP)之间的多媒体功能强化的微控制器架构(ME-MCU),它通过在8位微控制器核心中加入32位多媒体扩展指令集的方式,有效的提升8位微控制器的多媒体信号处理能力,并且保留了微控制器低成本的特性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design of a low-cost embedded Multimedia Enhanced MCU between MCU and DSP and shows the readers how to realize it.It not only enhances the processing ability of 8 bit microcontroller multimedia signal in an efficient way, by means of adding 32 bit multimedia instruction-set extension to the centre of 8 bit microcontroller, but also retains the low cost of microcontroller. |
