| 摘 要： | 教师法律定位问题是目前教育改革与发展中的一个重要问题。目前关于聘任制度下公立高校教师法律定位的研究处于起始阶段，尚缺乏理论深度、实践性和针对性。因此，对聘任制度下公立高校教师法律定位问题进行系统的理论研究和实证研究，将是公立高校教师法律定位研究的新趋向。
