摘    要:为解决液压三缸往复泵的换向冲击问题,通过设计合理的转阀过流口结构,使过流面积在转阀旋转过程中呈匀加速→匀速→匀减速变化规律;利用AMESim软件建立了转阀控制的液压三缸往复泵液压系统的仿真模型,通过仿真分析,找出了液压系统供油量、供油压力、转阀过流面积大小和往复泵活塞位移之间的变化规律。该研究对转阀控制的液压三缸往复泵的设计具有重要的参考价值。
