| 摘 要： | 针对现有抽油杆防喷器不能满足油井带压作业的问题,研制了一种安全性和可靠性较高的小通径环形封井器。该封井器主要由壳体、球形胶心、活塞、活塞压盖和上压盖等组成,它结构简单,更换胶心方便,液压控制,操作简单便捷;胶心外表为球面,受力均匀,动静密封压力高,可密封不同直径的抽油杆杆柱。试验及应用表明,该封井器能满足现场带压起下抽油杆的要求,性能可靠,可操作性强,性能指标达到了设计要求。
