微电机驱动先导阀的动态特性研究

摘    要:液压支架电液控制用微电机驱动先导阀采用微电机为电-机械转换器,二位三通球阀为先导阀,本文论述了这种微电机驱动先导阀及其主要环节微电机驱动电路、微电机、杠杆放大机构和先导阀等的动态特性,并进行了相关实验研究.

Abstract:The pilot valve driven by minimotor which is used to hydraulic supports electrohydraulic control is consist of the electromechanic transducer and the pilot valve. The former is a minimotor and the later is a two position three port ball valve. In this paper the dynamic characteristics of this kind valve and its main consistence, such as driven circuit of minimotor, minimotor, level amplifier and pilot valve, have been introduced, and then the experimental study of this valve has been carried out.
