| 摘 要： | 针对液压支架柱帽的结构特点,就其载荷的加载方式进行了讨论,应用接触力学方法确定接触面并进行载荷加载,采用Cosmos/M软件对其进行了有限元分析,在此基础上对结构进行了优化设计,得出了较为明确的结论。

| Abstract: | For the characteristic structure of the prop cap, a finite element analysis for it with the solid element is made. Based on it, the design process of structure optimization with Co smos/M software is discussed. |
