| 摘 要： | 使用传输矩阵方法推导出了稳定正交棱镜腔失调灵敏度参量的公式。本文所得结果在理论上说明了这类棱镜腔具有对失调不灵敏和机械稳定性高的优点。

| Abstract: | Formulae for misalignment sensitivity of a rectangularly crossed prism stableresonator are derived by means of transfer matrix methods. The results obtained ia this paperhave shown theoretically that the prism resonator has the advantages of insensitivity to prism tilting and high mechanical stability. |
