基于长期边际成本的不同电压等级输配电价定价模型及其应用

给出了考虑同时率和负荷率的高峰增量负荷计算模型。为了平缓输配电设备投入的不均匀性对输配电边际成本波动的影响,提出了一种平均增量成本年金计算方法,并建立了能合理分摊电压等级费用基于长期边际成本的计算模型。根据高峰增量负荷及各电压等级所承担的最终平均增量成本,计算得出了分电压等级输配电价。对A地电网长期边际成本进行了实例分析,计算研究结果表明,这种输配电价定价方法能够反映未来经济趋势,同时有利于消除交叉补贴,使各类、各电压等级用户承担的电价更公平、合理。
