特气气柜抽风流场分析

摘    要:针对特气气柜产品的设计,借助Soild Works流体模拟软件,总结出气柜的抽风量、内部负压、窗口面流速与气柜几何尺寸、窗口大小、过滤网致密性等因素的关系.从而指导设备和工程设计满足行业规范,提高产品的使用安全性.

Abstract:To design the structure of gas cabinet,Solid Works simulation is adopted.The relationship of exhaust air rate,negative pressure,face velocity and the dimension of gas cabinet,the dimension of window,the filtration of filter is concluded,which could assist engineer in designing gas cabinet equipment,satisfying the industry standards.
