| 摘 要： | 介绍了客户／服务器结构的计算模型，阐述了SYBASE数据库管理平台的优势，根据财政局财政集中支付管理的实际工作流程，采用C／S计算模式，并以SYBASE ASE12．5大型分布式数据库作为后台数据库平台，实现了某财政局的财政集中支付管理系统。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the Client/Server computing model and the advantage of SYBASE database ma-(nagement) platform; and then according to the actual work flow of the finance concentrative defrayal, implements the computer management of the FCD, based on Client/Server model and SYBASE ASE 12.5 as the database platform. |
