| 摘 要： | 从当今社会居民的居住心态分析入手 ,为有效提高住宅建筑设计质量 ,提出了几种具有代表性的住宅单体设计方案。进而指出影响住宅设计质量的居住环境建设的诸多因素 ,力求达到住宅设计与居住环境的协调与统一。
