电脑刺绣机针杆机构位移仿真方法的研究

摘    要:电脑刺绣机针杆机构是形成刺绣线迹的主要机构,当刺绣机绣针刺入绣布时,其绣框不运动,当刺绣机绣针离开绣布时,其绣框沿X、Y方向运动,以形成绣花图样,因此对针杆机构进行位移仿真计算是十分重要的。该文以电脑刺绣机针杆机构为研究对象,推导了机构多位移矩阵迭代求解和单一位移精确求解的理论方程,并用上述两种方法对针杆机构进行了位移仿真计算。证实单一位移精确求解方法简便,不用确定多个迭代初值,不用求导,有一定的实用性,可用于电脑刺绣机针杆机构运动学设计。

Abstract:The needle bar is the main mechanism for forming the thread trace of the embroidery in computerized embroidery machine.The embroidery frame does not move when the embroidery needle pierces the embroidery cloth,the embroidery frame moves in the direction of X axis and Y axis to form the embroidery pattern when the embroidery needle leaves the embroidery cloth,so the displacement simulation of the needle bar mechanism in computerized embroidery machine is very important.Based on the study of the needle bar mechanism in computerized embroidery machine, the paper sets out to deduce the theoretical equation of the solutions to the multi-displacement matrix iteration and the exact single-displacement. The two methods are applied to the displacement simulation of the needle bar mechanism. The conclusion shows that it is simple and convenient to choose the exact single-displacement and is unnecessary to engage oneself on complex derivation and the preliminary iteration values in the whole process. The method of the exact single-displacement simulation is useful to the mechanism displacement simulation and can be applied to the motion design of the needle bar mechanism in computerized embroidery machine.
