| 摘 要： | 通过指形管药膜法测定了毒死蜱和甲氰菊酯对赤眼蜂的毒性.结果表明,毒死蜱和甲氰菊酯对欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂(Trichogramma nubilale)预蛹期的LC50(24h)分别为7.38、25.0 mg/L,毒死蜱对欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂(T.ostriniae)成蜂的LC50(24 h)分别为0.477、1.87 mg/L,甲氰菊酯对欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂成蜂的LC50(24 h)分别为98.8、448 mg/L.根据风险性等级划分标准,毒死蜱和甲氰菊酯对欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂的预蛹期都为极高风险性,毒死蜱对欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂的成蜂都为极高风险性,甲氰菊酯对欧洲玉米螟赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂的成蜂为中等风险性.

| Abstract: | Toxicity of chlorpyritos and tenpropathrin to Trichogramma nubilale and T. ostriniae was tested by contact method with finger tube. To the pre-pupa T. nubilale, LC50 of chlorpyrifos and fenpropathrin was 7.38 and 25.0 mg/L separate. To the adult T. nubilale and T. ostriniae, LC50 of chlorpyrifos is 0.477 and 1.87 mg/L, LC50 of fenpropathrin was 98.8 and 448 mg/L. Chlorpyrifos and fenpropathrin were highly risky to the T. nubilale pre-pupa. Chlorpyrifos was highly risky to two Trichogramma species, fenpropathrin was middling risky to the adults T. nubilale and T. ostriniae. |
