摘    要:研究了BFe30 1 1 10CrNi3MoV复合钢板的焊接工艺和热成形工艺 ,结果表明 ,焊接后的复层铜与基层钢熔合良好 ,有效地阻止了钢侧中Fe离子对复层铜焊缝的污染。热循环引起的界面松弛对界面的剪切强度有一定的影响。

Abstract:The heat-forming and welding technologies of BFe30-1-1/10CrNiMoV clad steel plate are investigated. Results indicate that the fusion welding between Cu and matrix steel shows good properties. The Fe ions diffused to the side of Cu from the side of steel were effectively prevented. But interface relaxation caused by thermal cycling has certain effect on the interface shear strength.
