万家寨水电站机组振动区与运行工况浅谈

摘    要:经过几年来对万家寨水电站机组运行情况的观察,同时对真机试验结果各项技术指标进行的分析,以及通过对机组在不同负荷下的耗水率和机组振动进行的研究,得出万家寨水电站机组在不同工况下的运行振动区.机组振动曲线图给运行人员提供了合理调整机组负荷的依据,从而尽可能地减小了机组运行的振动范围,确保了机组的安全运行.

Abstract:Based on the observation on the operation of the hydro-generating units in Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station and the analysis on all the technical indexes of the result from the real machine test, the vibrating areas of the units under various operation conditions are obtained through the studies on both the water consumption rate and the vibrations of the units under various loads; from which the vibration graph provides a reasonable basis of the load adjustment for the operation, and then the vibrating areas during the operation of the units are reduced and the safety operation of the units is ensured as well.
