摘    要:为了提高轿车微电机中斜齿轮与蜗杆啮合传动副的使用寿命并降低噪声,从斜齿轮和蜗杆的设计参数人手,介绍了金属蜗杆塑料斜齿轮传动的参数计算方法,并通过运动仿真GAE分析和试验,验证参数计算方法及参数值是否合理,从而确定合适的参数,有效降低了传动振动和噪声。

Abstract:In order to improve the service life of the helical gear and worm gear meshing transmission, and reduce the noise in the saloon car micro motor, starting from the design parameters of helical gear and worm, the parameter calculation method of the metal worm and the plastic helical gear transmission was introduced. And through the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis of motion simulation and test, the rationality of the parameter calculation method and the parameter values were verified. Thereby the suitable parameters are found, and the vibration and noise of transmission is reduced effectively.
