轴承钢棒线材轻拉工艺研究

摘    要:为满足用户提出的轴承钢棒线材轻拉交货的要求,通过对轴承钢棒线材的传统工艺和新工艺进行比较,认为关键是退火工艺的制定。摸索出适合不同状态的冷拉盘条软化到比较一致的强度水平时的退火工艺:在强对流罩式炉中加热到(780±5)℃,保温 4~7h, 带冷却罩冷却到 140℃或以下温度出炉。

Abstract:To satisfy customer’s requirements for bearing steel wire rod and bar to be delivered by light drawing process, Laying down annealing process is key after comparing traditional process and new process of bearing steel wire rod and bar. Annealing process that can intenerate cold drawing wire rod of different situation to identical strength lever is found.The process of bearing steel wire rod and bar is heated at (780±5)℃ in strong convection bell-type furnace, then keeping 4~7h, cooled down to or below 140℃ in cooling cover then comes out furnace.
