| 摘 要： | 在新建电厂的建设过程中,从规划设计、采购制造、施工安装到调试投运等各阶段都会产生大量的数据和信息,并对电厂的运行维护有重要影响.研究在建设阶段就对这些数据和信息进行规划和管理,使之能够在电厂竣工时进行数据移交,为业主/运行单位提交一个数字化电厂,有着十分重要的意义.依据国际标准IS0 15926所确立的基本原则,从电厂的实际需求出发,结合国内的建设模式和特点,探讨了新建电厂数据移交的方法与途径.

| Abstract: | There are a lot of data produced from plan, design, construction, operations and maintenance in building power plant. These are considered necessary for plant operation. It is the goal of constructors and power plant owners to plan and manage the data and information so that all data about the plant can be handover when plant completed. The digital power plant will be provided for owner/operator to support information systems at the beginning of production. According to the base rule in ISO 15926, the method of data handover in building power plant from practical needs and construction model in China was discussed. |
