| 摘 要： | 由方案投标引发思考,从“广义建筑与‘适用、经济、美观’”、“地域文化与‘适用、经济、美观’”、“‘建筑美’和‘建筑形式美’”三方面对新时期建筑的基本原则———“适用、经济、美观”的新内涵进行阐述,并提出几点建议。
