| 摘 要： | 室温下,复合乳化剂的制备条件是:n(AEO9)∶n(Span40)=2∶1,搅拌速度为5 000 r/min左右,加料速度为10 mL/min,加料完成后继续搅拌10 min。以d-柠檬烯为主要溶剂的O/W乳化型油墨清洗剂,最佳配比(质量分数)为:d-柠檬烯40%,d-柠檬烯与助溶剂质量比为5∶1,复合表面活性剂2%,乙二胺四乙酸1.5%,清洗效率98%以上,优于汽油、煤油。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a novel O/W emulsion-type ink cleaning agent using d-limonene as the main organic compound was studied.The best emulsification condition are as follows:The best ratio n(AEO9) ∶n(Span40)=2 ∶1,the stiring speed was about 5 000 r/min at room temperature and the feeding speed was 10 mL/ min.The best mass fraction of d-limonene 40%,mixed surfactants 2%,diamine tetraacetic acid 2%,and the ratio of d-limonene to cosolvent was 5 ∶1,the cleaning efficiency is over 98%,better than gasoline,kerosene. |
