| 摘 要： | 针对自动气象站资料传输过程中存在的问题,利用Delphi 7.0并结合高精度多媒体定时器函数,开发了自动站资料传输报警系统。系统能实时监控自动站定时与不定时数据文件的传输状态,并通过应用网络状态监控和进程监控技术及时发现软硬件方面存在的问题,有效提高了数据传输的质量,大大减轻了测站业务人员的工作压力。采用自适应技术的报警系统能适用于不同观测任务的台站。
