| 摘 要： | 大庆石化公司热电厂1号汽轮发电机组（25MW），自1987年投产至今，因1、2号轴瓦振动，一直制约着热电厂正常生产。通过对该机组故障进行检查及振动频谱分析，发现其原因是联轴器中心出现偏差，经采取相应的措施，使问题得以解决。

| Abstract: | The steam turbine unit NO.1 (25 MW) in thermal power plant under Daqing PetroChemical Branch Company, from putting into operation up to now, always restricts normal operation of the said thermal power plant due to vibration of bearing shoe No.1 and No.2 of the said unit. Through carrying out inspection of the fault and analysing the spectrum of vibration, it was found that the cause leading to vibration fault of the said unit to be the deviation of coupling's centre. After adopting corresponding effective measures, the said problems have been solved. |
