摘    要:在直径为1 m的球形容器中,采用中心点火方式,对液化石油气进行了大量密闭燃爆和燃爆泄放的实验,得出了液化石油气最大破坏力的浓度范围5%~6%、密闭下燃爆最大压力与初始压力呈线性关系,并基于不同条件下燃爆泄放实验,通过量纲分析将泄放面积、容器内表面积、容器体积、泄放压力及初始压力等关联成燃爆泄放状态准数,建立了燃爆泄放最大超压与泄放准数之间关系式,关系式覆盖的体积范围(0.029~213 m3),内部初始压力范围(0.1~0.4 MPa),泄放压力与初始压力比(1~2.5)、容器长径比(1~2),在该范围内关系式与实验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:A number of experiments of closed explosion and explosion venting are conducted for liquefied petroleum gas in a 1 m diameter spherical vessel with central spark ignition. The results show that the concentration of liquefied petroleum gases for the maximum destructive force falls in the range of 5% ~ 6%. Under closed vessel conditions, the maximum pressure of explosion appears a linear correlation with the initial pressure. According to the explosion venting tests under different conditions, the venting area, the internal surface area of the vessel, the vessel volume and the venting &; initial pressures are empirically correlated into an explosion venting parameter. The equation indicating the relationship between the maximum overpressure of explosion venting and the venting parameter is derived. With the ranges of the associated parameters —— the volume of 0.029 ~ 213 m3, the internal initial pressure of 0.1 ~ 0.4 MPa, the ratio between the venting pressure and the initial pressure from 1 to 2.5, and the ratio between the length and diameter of the vessel from 1 to 2, the calculated results from the equation can fit with the experimental data very well.
