摘    要:介绍了用!114mm×11mm的13CrMo44钢无缝管制作油田热力采油注汽管道时,为防止焊接部位出现冷裂纹所进行的焊接工艺试验;通过对几种焊接工艺的比较,优选出较佳的焊接工艺,并已用于生产实践。采用优选工艺的实物质量满足用户要求。

Abstract:Welding process tests are conducted to prevent cold crack development in weld areas of the steam-injection piping fabricated with Ф114 mm × 11 mm seamless pipes of 13CrMo44 steel and used for the purpose of oil-recovery by heat.After getting several welding processes compared,the best one is used for the piping fabrica-tion,resulting in product satisfactory to the customer requirements.
