摘    要:顶部驱动钻井装置管子处理机的倾斜液压机构是起下钻过程中最重要且使用频率最高的工具之一,因此要绝对保证其安全性。推导了管子处理机倾斜液压机构的临界载荷公式,并进行了实例计算和分析,为保障顶部驱动钻井装置的安全运行提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Tilt mechanism is one of the most important parts of the top drive system.It is frequently used during drilling and its safety is very important.The formula for the critical load of the tilt mechanism is presented and calculations are performed for the actual tilt mechanism.The theory is useful for the safety of the top drive system.
