芜湖世茂滨江花园复杂地质条件基坑支护技术

摘    要:芜湖世茂滨江花园工程属超高层深基坑建筑,其基坑地质条件复杂,周边建筑物及市政道路、管线密集.根据场地条件,选用桩锚支护和局部放坡喷锚支护技术:南区采用排桩挡土墙加预应力锚杆,西区采用二级放坡加土钉、基坑外侧压密注浆,东区采用两道锚杆.指出粉质土开挖塌方、杂填土成孔困难、排桩间塌陷、长边效应等施工难点解决措施.经监测,支护结构变形满足要求,结构施工对周边建筑物、道路无明显影响.

Abstract:Wuhu Shimao Rivergarden belongs to super-high-rise building with deep foundation excavation.According to complex geological conditions and dense surrounding buildings,urban roads and pipelines,various supports are adopted,such as retaining wall of row-piles compounding with prestressed anchors in south area,soil nailing in two-stage slope compounding with grouting at exterior foundation exaction in west area,and two rows of anchors in east area.Furthermore,authors propose countermeasures of silty soil colla...
